  • Train with Spark – A Game-Changer for Strength Training!

    I come from a running background, with experience in yoga and Pilates, but I’d never done weight training before. I joined Train with Spark to build overall strength and address some stability and lower body issues that were affecting my running. After training with James for over a year, I’ve noticed huge improvements – my upper body is more toned, and my leg strength has dramatically increased.
