To upgrade your account, follow this simple step-by-step process directly from your Local Where 2 Dashboard

• Log In: Start by accessing your account via the Login Page.
• Navigate to Listings: Go to Profile → Listings → Listings to view the businesses you have added.
• Select Your Business: Identify the specific listing you wish to enhance (e.g., “Jane’s Businesses”) and click the Upgrade button.
• Choose Your Package: You will be taken to a selection screen offering Gold or Silver packages, available in both 30-day (monthly) or yearly plans.
• Gold Package Tip: We recommend the Gold package if you intend to add multiple advertising listings such as events, job/career openings, funding opportunities, or marketing materials.
• Complete Payment: Finalise your selection and complete the secure Stripe payment form. You will instantly receive an invoice and account details.
• Refresh and Enhance: After payment, return to Profile → Listings and click Upgrade again to confirm and activate your new package.
• Update Your Profile: You can now immediately add enhanced fields, including all your social media links, your website URL, and an expanded profile description to better target your consumers.
• Add Visuals: We recommend uploading multiple photos (such as your team, products, or studio space) to build out and further enhance your live listing.
