Yes! You can easily update your profile to reflect accurate and current details. You can update your listing at any time by logging into your account. Here’s how:
- Under My Account, select Profile / Listings.
- Hover over the Hamburger Icon (three dots) and click Edit in the bottom-right corner of the listing you’d like to update.
- Make your changes, then click Submit.

If you update your listing and it meets the Saved Search Notification Criteria for a consumer, they will be notified that your listing has been updated.
What kind of multimedia (photos/videos) can I add to my listing?

Photos should be in JPEG or PNG format, with a maximum file size of 5MB for clarity and quick loading. How do cancel or delete my listing?
To cancel your recurring subscription or delete a listing, follow these steps:
- Go to “My Account” and select “Profile/Listings.“
- Hover over the Hamburger Icon (three dots) and click “Edit” in the bottom-right corner of the listing you want to update.
- To delete a listing, select “Delete.”
- If applicable, change the package to a non-recurring option to remove a recurring subscription.
- After making your changes, click “Submit.“
Please note that a listing will be removed immediately once you delete it. Additionally, there are no penalties or fees for canceling a recurring subscription.

Yes, reviews help build trust and credibility while providing valuable feedback to improve your services. You will receive an email when someone has left a review on your listing. You may reply to this review within your listing by selecting “Reply” within your listing. The reply will be visible to the public. Only the listing owner can reply to reviews.

- Can I edit my reply to a review after I’ve posted it?
