Quick start checklist
- Log in to your account.
- Check Account Settings and contact details.
- View Subscriptions and Invoices if relevant.
- Go to Profile / Listings to see and edit your business.
- Send a test enquiry using the contact form to ensure messages arrive.
- Add images, full description and links so you appear in saved searches and comparisons.

1. Getting Started
Once you’ve added a business, whether a free listing, package, or ad hoc listing, you can access your dashboard to manage and enhance your profile.
2. Accessing Your Account Settings
- Navigate to your account to view and update:
- Name (first and last)
- Email address
- Other personal settings
- Check your subscriptions if you’ve added any.
- View your invoices and their statuses (refunded, pending payment, paid, etc.).
3. Viewing Your Business Listings
- Go to Profile → Listings → Listings.
- You’ll see all businesses you’ve added.
- Each listing includes tabs for invoices, subscriptions, and more info.
- For subscription users, multiple businesses and associated listings (careers, events, discounts, etc.) will appear.
4. Upgrading Your Listing
- Click the Upgrade button on your chosen business.
- Choose between Gold, Silver, or other available packages (monthly or yearly plans).
- Recommended: Select Gold if you want to add events, funding, marketing materials, or multiple listings.
- Complete payment via Stripe. You’ll receive an invoice and account details.
5. Enhancing Your Business Profile
- After upgrading, return to Profile → Listings.
- Select your business and click Upgrade again to confirm the package.
- Add additional fields:
- Social media links
- Website URL
- Contact form/email
- Photos and images
- Expand your description to give potential customers as much detail as possible about your business.
6. Submitting and Publishing Your Listing
- Click Submit at the bottom of your form.
- Your listing goes live immediately.
- Include multiple photos (e.g., business space, team, products/services) to enhance your profile.
7. Using Price Lists and Contact Forms
- Add a Price List or use the Contact Form if you don’t want to show your email publicly.
- Contact forms send messages directly to your backend email, protecting your privacy.
- Test your form to ensure your email is whitelisted and messages don’t go to spam.
8. Adding Careers, Events, Discounts, and More
- Access these via your Subscription Bundle → Drop-down menus.
- Each listing will decrement your bundle count.
- Example: 4 careers available → 3 left after adding one.
- Listings remain live for 30 days or the term specified.
- Renew past listings easily using the same or updated information.
9. How Your Listing Stands Out
- Consumers can view all items under your profile (careers, events, discounts, products).
- A comprehensive listing helps you demonstrate your industry expertise and attracts more leads.
