• What We Check During Validation:

  • Website and Social Links: We confirm that all URLs entered are working and lead to a legitimate business presence.

  • Online Presence: We search for your business on Google to ensure it can be found publicly.

  • Contact Details: We verify that your email, address, and phone number match those found on your website or social channels.

  • Business Name: We check that your business name is consistent across all platforms. For franchises or businesses with the same name, we may append the location to distinguish your listing.

  • Duplicate Listings: If multiple listings share the same address and website but are registered under different names, we may merge or restrict them to reflect one unified business listing.

• What Happens If My Business Doesn’t Pass Validation?

           If your listing does not meet our validation criteria or breaches our Terms and Conditions:

• • It will either be moved to Pending status or removed from the platform.

  • You will receive a notification by email with information on why the listing was flagged and what actions, if any, are required.

  • Listings placed on pending can be reviewed and updated for reconsideration.
