Sarah Fee is a dedicated yoga instructor committed to helping individuals experience the profound benefits of a regular yoga practice on both their physical and mental health and well-being.

Sarah Fee is an Experienced Yoga Teacher (Yoga Alliance UK) and the founder of Yoga With Sarah Fee, based in Mid Ulster, County Tyrone. Her mission is to guide individuals toward improved physical and mental health and wellbeing by helping them step onto the mat and "come home to their true self".
Background and Philosophy
As a Mum of 4, Sarah understands the demands of a busy life and the vital importance of self-care for the body, mind, and soul. Her teaching philosophy centres on making students feel completely at ease, offering encouragement for progress, and guiding them toward a deeper, more restorative place of rest when needed.
Sarah holds over 400 hours of Yoga Alliance recognised training. She guides a comprehensive practice that includes Asana (postures), Pranayama (breath work), Meditations, and guided relaxation, ensuring a truly holistic approach to yoga.

- Community Funded Classes: Our Chair Yoga classes for community groups are often largely funded. Please enquire directly to see if your group qualifies for funding.

Practical Details & Amenities
Wear comfortable exercise gear - leggings or such and a top. You can wear socks with grips, but we encourage you to practice barefoot.
The studio is fully equipped with mats, bolsters and props. Please do feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer to practice on it and bring a blanket to make yourself most comfortable during your relaxation.
